COVID-19:

With immediate effect: Simplifier employees work remotely

Dear business partners,

Due to the current extraordinary situation, all Simplifier employees will be moved to remote work status from Wednesday, March 18, 2020.

This is considered to be a purely preventive protection measure. Currently there is no mandatory reason for this. We are merely following the example of all our business partners to reduce any health risk for all parties involved as far as possible.

Despite this minor modification we are of course continuing to be available for you! Our employees can be contacted by phone as well as by e-mail. We will continue to work on customer projects and support you with the same quality as before. Our existing infrastructure provides the necessary basis to provide a remote workspace for all our employees. All tasks that need to be completed can thus be done, necessary data protection measures can be executed and the related data security can be ensured continuously. Thus, we are still able to maintain the daily business, perform projects and services and support our business partners.

In this context, and to act consistently, we decided to avoid already planned face-to-face meetings with customers and replace them by meetings via telephone or virtual meetings (video conferencing). We hope for your agreement in this regard and that this decision is in your interest as well.

If a personal meeting is nevertheless preferred, please contact your Simplifier contact directly to jointly find an alternative.
